Francis Pel T. Aranza

Hi, my name is Francis Pel T. Aranza. I’m 27 years old and I am from the Philippines. I was online English teacher during my college years and I was assigned to teach Japanese students from young to old. As an online English teacher, it helped me communicate better and to be more patient with my job.I have worked as a marketing assistant in local establishment here. My job was making posters for advertisements and an office works like replying and sending emails, making reports and answering calls. as a marketing assistant, I learned how to organize my tasks and manage my time wisely. And I was a call center representative for 3 years and 8 months. I was a technical support for customers having issues with their phone service. As a customer service representative, it cultivated me to provide importance to the quality of my work and to value my customers.
I can see myself as a person with a passion for achieving the goals that I want. I see failure as an opportunity to begin again and to make things right. And I don’t take criticisms negatively. For me, it is not just about the experienced you also need to have the right attitude to succeed in life.
