Starting from my teens I got into a lot of trouble hanging around with the wrong crowds as I had no father figure so I was always searching for WHO AM I, at one point I nearly found my self in jail being nearly charged with ARMED ROBBERY, ill explain the story if we work together, lets just say wrong place wrong time but the exact thing that needed to happen.

Through my years of growing working in the worst jobs in the world from asbestos removal to chicken farms i found my self at a point wanting more but didn't know where to start then the door of self-development opened through a business opportunity at a age of 23 where I ran my FIRST BUSINESS of a team of 8, built it over a year for it to all FALL DOWN IN ONE WEEK, what a lesson and a slap from the universe. 

From there I jumped into a DIPLOMA OF MUSIC BUSINESS as ive always had a passion for music where I managed artist, ran massive events, dealt with contracts, closed deals in the music scene and networked so well that I had opportunities and a reputation that was building very quickly only to realize that so much of my focus went into business that lacked in other areas of HEALTH and RELATIONSHIPS I then sabotaged my relationship with the love of my life and put on a massive amount of weight.

From there I stopped everything to then focus back on me, pouring a massive amount of self-love in, I started to build my second coaching business as a motivational speaker and life coach to only realize motivation was only a short-term fix not the best for actual change for the long term.

I then invested 20k into building my business by getting mentors only to then have them approach me to work with them as they saw who i was what i did and saw that I would be a major asset to the team as the fastest growing coaching business, I contemplated, said no at the start " EGO " then I shut my ego and said learn.

As this business was still in start-up growing phases, my job just like any startup was pretty much everything, i was creating the system as I went, I had mentors in the business that would come and go from NLP professionals to Leadership coaches to Mindset specialists to breakthrough coaches, relationship coaches and so on, you name it I had mentors in every area growing me at a 10x level that surpassed a lot of people my age (Currently 27).

My sole job was Coaching the coaches, dealing with 60 different 6 - 7 figure business all growing running into individual challenges not just from the business but more so personal mindset side of things, in any area of their life.

Having phone calls from 60 different people with families Men and Women ranging from " Frankie my wife has cheated on me after 6 years what do I do ? to " Frankie I'm having a panic attack " to Suicide every week for a whole year will grow you in ways you wouldn't imagine, I was dialing on the phone from 8 to 10 at night sometimes to look after these guys as it was my job at that time to HAVE THEIR BACK.

After a while I left the company due to the leader making some moves that a young leader would make which would shift my heart from being in the business anymore, I then left and worked online with multiple other coaching business building systems in, Marketing, Sales, Delivery, Operations & Finance.

I'm now here looking for the right people to work and build long term or short term, either way, the value I have is based on every area of life, not just one, the biggest thing you need to know is, if you look after me I will look after you.

When no one is there I will be, I don't care what mistakes you have had or will make in the future, I don't base you off that I base you off what next, I don't dwell worrying about what could have happened it's all about what's next.
