I am a hard-working, self motivated person looking to work from home because I'm tired of being stuck in traffic while commuting every day, I would love to become part of your team guys, I have plenty experience dealing with customers, I have the patience required to do the job and be the customer's hero, talking about experience I refer to 6 years as customer service and technical support assistant, supporting cellphone issues, app issues, E-mail issues, malware/virus attacks and I can teach all that to others.

My strongest ability is being able to gain the caller's confidence and also walk them thru every troubleshooting or workaround during the same call to achieve a one call resolution, no matter if the caller is tech savvy or not, doesn't matter the age, I adapt and make the caller collaborate and as we become a team even get to make it fun.
