Ensure that the QA/QC plan had been understood by the QA/QC Engineers within the quality assurance functions. To assist all processes in achieving the objectives of the company in a cost effective manner. Plan and oversee management reviews, internal audits and vendor audit/certification as appropriate. Familiarization of the IFC drawings, specifications, scope of work, BOQ and method of measurement for each contract. Raising of Technical Query for any deviation on drawings and seeking advice to the consultant. Working as cost engineer by inputting the exact accomplished values in the BOQ for invoices. Coordinate with discipline engineers where needed to ensure incorporation of field changes such as DCN and Contract Change Orders.
