Hi, I am Gabriela Palencia I am 22 years old and people always call me the "social workaholic butterfly"
I am graduate of Tourism Management in Ateneo de Naga University where I also earned my diploma in Accountancy Business and Management in my Senior high School. I've been a working student when I was at the of 18. I worked as a customer service representative and sales agent in a telecommunications company in Canada where I listens to customer concerns, answers customer questions and provides information about the company's products and services. I've also been a Front desk Receptionist in a hotel where I provided an energetic and friendly receptionist with experience providing administrative support and customer service to guests and internal staff. I also Assists walk-in clients, schedules client appointments, answers phone lines, and helps clients with questions and issues. I've also a young entrepreneur where I sell my pre-loved clothes as my sideline and also promote sustainability in fashion. I also been an Intern as a research analyst and archivist in Museum and as an Accounting and auditing Assistant in a hotel during my college days.
I am person who has an excellent skills, knowledge and experience in Communication both oral and written, time management, organisation, marketing, scheduling, social media management,administration and multi tasking. I am a person who is very detailed oriented, creative, resourceful, highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, helpful, proactive and a person who loves learning.
