Gamaliel Ledda

My career has led me to specialize increasingly in the management of complex multi-cultural projects.  I have developed my experience in: strategic forward-planning; operating within the tight schedules and work under pressure, on which I have helped to plan on those implementing as per client requirements within the standard guidelines set by standard operating procedures handed down by the management and within budgetary approved on each project. I have applied the application of modern leadership methods (through staff motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communication, and easy personal inter-relations).  My own cosmopolitan background and analytical interests in other cultures, together with a command have also left me confident in handling negotiations that require the reconciliation of different national approaches to otherwise common problems. Due to dedication and perseverance I have endured the strong personality which achieves as a team player to meet the objective and common goals of the company.
