Having 9 years worth of experience with the technical support industry versed my skills both in engaging with customers and having to develop agents as a team leader.

I have been with the technical support industry particularly AT&T, where we mainly tackled internet connection, email support, basic networking and remote software access assistance. With AT&T, I was able to immerse myself in engaging directly with customers leading to my promotion as a level 2 or escalations representative and eventually leading a team as a supervisor where I was tasked to develop and up skill agents. Since June of this year 2017, I also had the opportunity to engage with combined sales and billing with the biggest entertainment provider in the United States which is DIRECTV where we tackled in promoting their programming, making sure that the customer’s needs and interests are met and also with billing related disputes.
