I am an experienced professional with strong background in customer service, sales and account management. I have diverse background in operation management and project management in both customer service and sales environment. I have handled different accounts like B2C, real estate, customer service and order entry. I worked as a telemarketer for 8 years now. I've been through a lot of campaigns and most of them are customer service, sales and refinancing. My first job was at IQor Davao Philippines wherein I've been acknowledged as one of the top agent and received several commendations from the customers. In fact, I was promoted as OIC Trainer after a year then became the Team Leader. Later on, I decided to quit my job to pursue my studies in our province. But to financially support myself, I worked in a small BPO company in Digos City and dialed for 2 years for a real estate campaign. Then, I worked at Zello Online Network Services as a Human Resource personnel for 4 years. I was responsible for the recruitment and staffing, agents' weekly, monthly and annual evaluation. I am also tasked to serve warning and termination letters. Unfortunately, the account was dissolved. So, I decided to do freelancing and work as virtual assistant for Amazon product listing and admin tasks.
