With seven years of extensive experience in pre-contract and post-contract duties being Quantity Surveyor. I assure to provide best quality service such as cost estimates, prepares and evaluates tender documents, prepares bill of quantities, tender report and tender recommendation. With my experience under the post-contract duties, I was able to monitor the progress of accomplishment on site while evaluating the progress billing, reconciliation of variation orders and up to closure of final account.

I am also knowledgeable to the Form of Contract and FIDIC that is suited to the terms and conditions of each agreement to be used for contract documentation. Furthermore, I’m confident to communicate and interact across all levels of seniority from the workplace through the upper management level and executive officer of our Client.
