BIO
I am an information designer, in short I do all forms
of animation, design-both print and digital. I run a
freelance practice at GenevieveBenoy.com where I
offer a whole rounded creative service including
website creation and developer consulting. I am
honoured to have worked on many South African
channels as well as international productions such as
M-Net, 1Magic, Boomerang and Warner Brothers to
name a few, with a recent opportunity to have
worked on a children's series on Showmax. No
matter the application, I strive to give the absolute

I worked with a team of marketers who formed a
company called Hot coffee. We worked on the
corporate identity and website design for companies.

INTERNSHIP
Supernova, DigitalZoo & Monarchy
In 2016 I interned at various companies, the first of
which was a magazine production house called
Supernova. Secondly was Digital Zoo, a website
development company. I then interned Monarchy.TV
as a designer and animator where I worked on various
channels such as Comedy Central and Mnet City.

Senior Designer and Animator
Monarchy is an international production company in
Sandton, South Africa. My position at was channel
lead for DSTV channel Vuzu, inhouse digital lead as
well as Senior designer and animator. I have worked
on many South African channels as well as
International productions such as Mnet, 1Magic,
Boomerang and Warnner Brothers to name a few. A
recent addition to Monarchy has given me the
opportunity to be a part of the production for Klein
kroontjies, a South African Showmax Children’s show
that features famous South African talent.
