Over the last 8 years I have been working in a Contact Center Industry. I have worked as a Technical Support Representative an Operations Supervisor and as a Independent Distributor for a US Based Pharmaceutical Company and is currently employed as a Retention Specialist for Comcast. I am trained in Sabre GDS System and also has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I have a strong Business Process Outsourcing background acquired from one of the largest BPO companies in my country servicing clients in different parts of the world particularly in the USA, Canada, Australia, UK and Asia. My primary goal is to achieve customer satisfaction and excellent Customer Service experience.
