I am a hardworking individual who is looking to broaden my career path. My more than 10 years of call center experience lays mostly in customer service, sales, order entry, emails, appointment setting , lead generation and technical assistance. I have worked as a call center supervisor for a car lease company in PA where I managed more than 30 agents and part of my responsibilities are to motivate my agents to perform and exceed set targets. I handled call monitorings, coachings , trainings and schedulings. I also handled escalation calls for dissatisfied customers. I am very much open to new challenges within any industry and am willing to work had to reach my goals. I enjoy contributing new ideas, I am motivated and an excellent team player.
