I started working in the BPO industry back in 2014 with jobs related to customer service, data entry, billing and inbound telemarketing sales with industries such as healthcare, travel and real estate. 

Skilled in customer handling and satisfaction,

recruitment, appointment setting, MLS and other real estate site like zillow,

trulia, CRMs, travel management, email and phone handling, quality audit

analyst and have now started to expand my knowledge on bookkeeping and

accounting

I then decided to start working as a

remote executive assistant for a real estate investor in the United States and

my tasks included doing follow ups on leads that were cold called by another

VA, closing deals and sending out contracts. Updating CRMs and building lead

sheets, responding to emails and phone calls, sourcing out new suppliers and updating

existing supplier information. As well as purchasing materials, issuing

payments to contractors and track those expenses through Quickbooks.

I've learned how to help clients focus their efforts on the things that will allow their businesses to thrive. I am meticulous and have a knack for producing high-quality work.
