I have more than a year of experience in Customer Service. I was an Assistant Software Engineer in one of the top IT companies here in the Philippines - Tata Consultancy Services. Our project is to be the back-end support which includes:
Testing and debugging
Email Management
Phone Support
Ticketing System
I am knowledgeable in the UNIX Operating System and DB2 as these two are our main uses by checking data. Our main target is to resolve and close ticket requests we received from users and sometimes, escalate it to the other team when data are needed from their side.
