My experience: 10 years (plus) writing experience in many forms including poetry, academic writing, and online content writing (blog posts for clients, essentially). Traditional, peer-reviewed publications include academic papers and poetry. I also founded and ran a literary publication while studying for my Bachelor's degree at university. Writing is one of my great passions in life.
