My name is Giulia and I am a 29 years young woman from Milano, Italy. I have spent the last 4 years of my life growing and exploring different corners of the world, first taking a 6 months sabbatical to travel in South East Asia, then living in Portugal for 2 years and also working on a cruise ship in South America until Covid19 hit.
Before, in my old life in Milano, I graduated in Foreign Languages and worked in Fashion for nearly 2 years, as a Sales Assistant at Chanel and then as a member of the Retail Marketing and CRM team in the Dolce&Gabbana headquarter in Milan.
My professional experience is mainly related to Customer Service and Customer Management, and through it I have had the opportunity to develop my soft skills and a prompt problem solving, and also to gain a great perspective on what is one of the most important features in a business: dealing with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
I am a good listener and I have a natural helper and empathic attitude, qualities which I have benefited very much from in my professional life, being personality traits that enable me to better feel and meet customers’ needs.
I speak Native Italian and I am fluent in English, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish but I can also chit-chat in French; language skills also have opened a few doors and enabled me to connect easier with people.Â
