With a three-year tenure in this role and twelve years of experience in the BPO industry, my primary responsibility was to connect with real estate agents and propose our home services for their clients. If they agreed, I would arrange appointments for the preferred date and time. Similarly, I contacted contractors to introduce our software that facilitates virtual roof measurement. After scheduling the appointments in Google Calendar, I sent email notifications and SMS alerts to the recipients.

During my tenure in the BPO industry, I specialized in providing customer service and technical support for leading telecommunication and internet service providers in the United States. My typical work hours were from 9 PM to 6 AM Manila time.
