Gonzalo Inostroza

My name is Gonzalo Inostroza, a team player, motivated, goal oriented and self driven professional with a degree in Journalism from one of the most prestigious universities in Chile, Universidad del Desarrollo (UDD). Since I have arrived in Germany, I obtained my German B2 degree and participated in a Front-End Web Development course at the Digital Career Institute (DCI) in Düsseldorf, learning how to code using different programming languages like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and others. Prior to having established myself in Düsseldorf with my spouse who is originally from Germany, I was working as a Content Editor in a successful Chilean Mobile Company called WOM. Part of my responsibilities was taking care of the company’s employee related online community and intranet. This included for example to create content for newsletters and intranet articles, to analyse and monitor their click rate, to realize reporting and to provide relevant information to the business for their decision making. Furthermore I was leading the implementation of a new intranet, which was to include automated small processes and to propose a better usability to improve the user experience. I have 5 years experience leading teams and I achieved good results and feedback doing so. A well equilibrated, dynamic and happy group of people who know what they are doing, is the most powerful tool to reach every goal you are looking for. As Teamlead of a Health Insurance Agency but also within the Operations Team of the mobile phone company, dealing with given regulations, handling and improving procedures, complying with required documentation and managing budgets was part of my tasks.
