I work as a Freelance Virtual Assistant I manage social media accounts and do administrative tasks. I have been working in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry for more than 5 years now. I worked for top calibre Call Centers in the Philippines assisting both American and Australian customers.

I can provide e-mail, ticket and phone support and will do everything I can to delight your customers. Communication is my passion and I firmly believe in fully comprehending customers' needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Throughout the years of my experience as a Customer Service Agent I have managed to hone skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness. I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to customers.

I am fully equipped with troubleshooting cable boxes, ADSL modems, mobile phones and email issues. I am well versed in installing mobile applications both Apple and Android. I can multitask with different tools and applications necessary to provide quality service such as Microsoft Office applications. I can walk customers through step by step in any process like installing/uninstalling mobile apps, resetting devices, setting up email on both mobile and laptop and/or desktop, proper wiring of devices at home for Smart TV, play stations, home phone, and internet. I am keen in details and can transpose those details to customers concisely – such as bill proration and disputes, and overage on internet/data usage. My jolly personality and perky tone also contribute to my Sales experience in selling hotel rooms and gadget insurance.

I am flexible and highly trainable to changes and updates to work policies, processes needed to be implemented prompto.

I converse pleasingly on and off the phone. I am highly sensitive to the emotions expressed or hidden by the customers, thus, resolving their issue in a timely manner is evident. Handling a customer with a bad experience is a challenge I take with delight.

Multitasking is natural in all of my jobs. Hence, I can finish my tasks ahead of target giving high quality results that are aligned to the demands of the client.

I am proficient in time management as I worked and studied in College at the same time. Reliability-wise, I am prepared ahead of my work schedule and I adhere to my designated schedule.
