As a Chemical Information Analyst, I was required to write a daily average of 10 very concise summaries of Registered Patents in the field of Chemistry, Pharmacy, and Mechanical Devices with only a 1% margin of error. The summary was a full document that included a title, a detailed description of the invention, novelty (what is new in the invention), its use, advantage, an example that illustrated its use and advantage, and an illustration of the invention if necessary.

As an Office Administrator, I was responsible for the day to day operation of the Formation Center that included booking reservations for clients, setting up the venue, and making sure that the clients’ needs were met. My work also included sitting in the Board of Directors’ meetings to take down the Minutes of the Meeting and made sure that the Minutes of the previous meeting was ready before the start of every Board Members’ meeting.

Having completed an intensive Virtual Assistant training, and taken a complete Digital Marketing course, I have the skills needed to complete your required tasks in a timely and conscientious manner.
