Graceshell Gonzales

Hi, my name is Graceshell Samonte Gonzales and I am 27 years old. I currently reside at Kawit Cavite with my brother and his family. I use to be a Troubleshooter at Harte Hanks and my account is Motorola. I use to help Costumer who is having a hard time using their gadgets. Being a troubleshooter is not that hard and also not that easy. You have to know everything about a specific phone in order to provide the Customer good customer service. I also work as a telemarketer at an independent company. We offer mortgages or loans for the customers. Sometimes it's upsetting if there's no one who wants to avail of a loan but fun at the same time if you were able to help the customers.
