After the acquisition of MarketingPro by FMG, the owner founded a new startup and I act as a Technical
Project Manager and Website/CRM and Marketing Administrator. ThriveUnion Life is an organization
dedicated to providing personal development courses and group events focused on improving each
individual and community. The organization has one chapter based in Orange County and derives revenue
from monthly member dues and personal development courses.
• Meet with Directors, Operational Managers, Website Developers to review and recommend technology
solutions that meet customer requirements for sizing, branding, costing and project deadlines.
• Elicit requirements, conduct competitive analysis and application needs assessment to prepare detailed
recommendations for short and long-term enterprise application, resources, and support needs. Review
recommendations and plan for scaling applications for growth with organization leaders.

Led product definition, roadmap, and life cycle for the product, working with MarketingPro leadership,
marketing, support, sales and software development teams to provide innovative strategy and thought
leadership around the creation and implementation of product initiatives. Monitored all aspects of product
