I was trained at a large Call Center called Qualfon (telecommunication), The Results Companies (Sirius XM) in Cebu City, Philippines, and served almost 5 years as a Customer Service Representative and Customer Service Retention, Order Processing, Technical Support, and Sales. Has completed training requirements for Computer System Servicing NC-2, On-The-Job Training for I.T Technical Support, Basic Computer Network Installation, and Administration. And was also awarded as a top agent on our site.
