I am an experienced Customer Service Representative for more than 3 years. My main role is to process customer applications, most especially receive customer inquiries and complaints and see to it that concerns will be addressed as soon as possible.

I was also a bank Executive Assistant for almost 4 years. Mainly, my tasks include office administration such as arrange meetings and appointments; make travel arrangements and do necessary bookings; prepare memorandums, reports, power point presentations and other clerical works.

In the field of Virtual Assistance, I finished my VA short course with Filipino Virtual Assistants (FVA) Coaching and Training. I was able to do hands on in Virtual Assistance tasks such as Data Entry, Transcription and as well as Social Media Management and Marketing.

I am a customer oriented person and one who works with passion.
