My name is Handsome O. Kinikanwo, and I hold two bachelor degrees. At present, I work with Amadi Jerry & Co. (Victoria Chambers), Port Harcourt as an associate. My major duties include the following:

 • Represent clients in court, meetings and at negotiations.

• Conduct client interview and counseling.

• Conduct legal research and analysis.

• Draft and proofread letters, petitions, pleadings and other legal documents.

• Proofread articles and books for publication.

• Draft and negotiated contracts.

• Analyse contractual risks and developed contract management.

I previously interned K. O. Wali & Co. (Iwhnechi Chambers), Port Harcourt as a legal assistant between January, 2016 – January, 2020. My major responsibilities were to:

·        Conduct accurate legal research and analysis

·        Give legal opinion on laws, rulings and regulations in legal document

·        Compile, proofread and revise drafts of legal documents and reports.

·        Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use

·        Prepare and format legal and management report

·         Manage dairy

Between November, 2014 – November, 2015 I did my mandatory National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) at Winners Group of Schools, Rivers State, Nigeria. My major duties include:

·         Teach Government, Economics, History in SSS 1 classes

·         Teach Computer Science in JSS 1 – 3 classes

·         Handle Parade [Match Pass] and Sport Activities

Between January, 2007 – November, 2009 Cyber Café Attendant at Iswell Cyber Café, close to Pritaso, Uniport Road, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. My responsibilities were to:

·         Assist customers when they have trouble using the computer

·         Provide services such as printing, downloading and all other operations.

·         Keep accurate records of logs and inventories of the shop.
