I started my career as a customer service associate 6 years ago with Teletech where I was responsible for processing customer Internet and cable orders and sales; providing/receiving information; selling client products/services, as well as providing basic customer service support. Two years after, I joined Concentrix as the first point of customer contact of a financial institution for general inquiries such as balance inquiries, paycheck amount, card transactions, card replacements. Wanting to have a work-life balance, I am now a virtual assistant processing tenant applications. This includes but is not limited to conducting a thorough background check, reference and employment verification, and running credit and criminal reports. In those roles, a major accomplishment I'm most proud of was that I was always able to help the company especially my team to achieve key performance indicators. I aim to exceed the goals and never settle for mediocre.
