I worked as a pre-qual agent before in a BPO Company and my job includes but is not limited to answering 300-500 outbound and inbound calls In a day. Helping prospective people get qualified with health insurance benefits. Answering queries with regards to the benefits. I am currently taking Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and have been studying this course for almost 6 years now. I work as a virtual assistant on weekends for 4 hours, focusing on data entry, web searching which is looking for an apartment for rent and lawn care. I also do transcription, proofreading, and email management. As of now, I am also learning to manage a website.
