Hans Joseph Labarda

I worked in the BPO industry for 7 years and was an english teacher for 1 year. I handled customer service and sales accounts as an agent. I got promoted to a Quality Specialist position after my 3rd year in the BPO. I audited customer service, sales and collection calls. I also finished a Spanish Course for BPO in a prestigious school in Manila and became a Spanish QA.
