I am a MBA, BSc Mathematics degree holder. At present I work as an Asst. Registrar and as the Secretary to the Vice Chancellor of a reputed government university, i.e. University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Moreover, I have more than 7 years of administrative experience working in different institutes and I believe I could provide an excellent service.
I am an efficient analytical, positive thinking graduate with the proven ability to meet deadlines and the initiative to make decisions would like to apply for a job at Hubstaff. I am a good communicator, presenter, with the ability to work individually or as part of a team and willing to use knowledge acquired at industrial training & other working experiences I currently use Microsoft Office, Google calendar, Google drive etc. for my work. My work involves administrating the work of the office of the Vice chancellor, writing business letters & communicating with internal & outside parties, making travel arrangements to facilitate Vice Chancellor when he is going abroad, Setting appointments and updating events to the Google diary, responding to emails etc.
Since my work hours are flexible I could work 40 hours per week
