I have been a professional Quality Manager with over 5 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry catering to a diverse set of clients and different lines of businesses . My professional career involved years of providing quality customer service and loyalty by mentoring a team of skilled individuals to target client goals, creative problem solving and developing new business strategies.

I recently retired from my 5- year employment as a Quality Manager and have just started exploring my options in the Freelancing Industry. I have stayed with the same company for the last 5 years and progressed my career immediately. I have been exposed with different coaching models, leadership styles, and customer profiling techniques and this is something that I can use as a leverage in dealing with your customers to help gain their trust and commitment that can lead to your company’s success.
