This sounds weird, but I love talking and solving problems for irate customers. I love helping them. I love talking to people. And I can say that I am good at handling people's concerns and issues.

I worked for six years in government. I've met different people. I am proud to say that when I was still working in the office, we always got the BEST BRANCH because I always put 110% into the given task. I was assigned to provident benefit claims, processing maturity claims, retirement claims, death claims of the members, etc. I processed the member's loan application as well. I was the one in charge of communicating with the other branches via phone calls and emails for them to expedite the process of the client's or member’s account. I am very productive, efficient, and flexible.

And now I have been handling my small business for 3 years—an online business of used and brand new clothes. I am good at selling. I really love fashion as well. I also know how to use Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok Ads.

PS. I don't have an example of a website because that was not part of my previous job. I just attached my Facebook page, which is my online business page. I hope you can give me a chance to be part of your team. I assure you that I will give you my 100%, just as I did in my previous job. I am a fast learner and can start immediately.
