Hazzel Basa

I am a Banking and Finance graduate from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. I worked as a Payroll Practitioner for six years in 2 BPO companies. I gained skills in data entries, payroll processing and validations, client management, and account stabilization.

I got promoted as a Global Quality Specialist, and my role is to audit calls, emails, and transactions processed by the agents to ensure that the correct process is being followed. I was able to use the skills I gained when I was a payroll practitioner. As a quality auditor, I was also assigned to be part of project management that includes payroll processes and machine learning.
