I have 15+ years experience as a “Customer Service Agent / Support Rep. A few years ago I had my 1st Work from home job and I absolutely loved it. Therefore, I’ve continued to work from home the past 2 years doing Inbound/Outbound Calling & some sales experience as well. Over the years working in customer service I gained some excellent experience, knowledge & skills. I’ve assisted all types of customers in different types of settings, whether its resolving customer complaints or answering inquiries, I have knowledge of it all.
I understand that a big part of the job is taking phone calls and resolving any issues customers are having with a product. Dealing with these kinds of customers on a weekly basis is all part of being in Customer Service. I always maintain a pleasant demeanor, listen to what the customer is saying, and only after learning everything would I offer a solution.
Additionally, I believe customer service should be a timely, friendly, proactive service in order for the business to grow. I feel you must employ the best customer service professional to represent your brand & company when assisting your most valued customers.
My long-term experience in the customer service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with the same courtesy service everyone including myself wants. I often find myself going above and beyond for customers on a daily basis because I realize that acquiring & maintaining loyal, long term business relationship is very important in every company.
