Heather Morales

I have been working in customer service for over 10 years, this has afforded me the opportunity to have experience in several different areas of a call center, as well as with different partners and customers. I enjoy learning and I enjoy passing on knowledge. I am currently a full time student completing my Bachelors Degree in Teaching.
