I'm a graduate of Associate in Computer Technology at Divine Mercy Computer College, I also finished a 1 month course for Customer Service at Call Academy here in Cebu. I have 1 year experience as a Customer Service Representative for Verizon at Tech Mahindra / V Customer Philippines and a 2 months experience as an Email Associate/Project Based for Khols at 247 Customer Care Philippines. I believe that with my experience and knowledge I can be effective enough to work for a client who is need of assistance.
