I am a Technology Professional with vast experience in IT Service Management, System and Network Administration, Project Management, IT Infrastructure Management and Business Process Management.

My experience spans across, transport and logistics, financial services and digital media, and advertising, where I have been actively involved in managing various IT projects, both as team lead and member, analysing and implementing IT strategies, business continuity plans and change management processes to the ensure successful delivery of IT services in line with the overall organisation's goal.

In addition to these experiences, I hold certifications in IT management (ITIL foundation) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

I am a resourceful and dedicated team player with proven ability to work well with all levels of management. I also possess excellent social, communication and presentation skills. I believe that my ability to work with people, willingness to learn and manage relationships are my biggest assets. I am flexible, industrious and willing to work in an international environment, surrounded by extraordinary people, and be exposed to a variety of knowledge and skills across the learning curve.
