I was a Sales Representative in Cosmetics and Hardware / Electrical Supplies for about 10 years and I have learned a lot in dealing with different types of clients. I have learned how to adjust depending of their mood swings, it came to the point that the husband of my client pulled a gun thinking that I was making a move with his wife. It was a great learning experience. After being a Sales Representative I entered the BPO industry. It was big adjustment since I have no experience in Technical Support and in dealing with American clients. At first I was really nervous in taking up calls because of the lack of experience that I have in fixing Internet, Cable and Phone issues but as time flies by I became more confident resolving technical concerns talking with American clients. I was able to do multi tasking and work under pressure since we need to hit our targets to retain the job, until such time I became a Subject Matter Expert where I guide newly hired agents resolving their clients concern and doing supervisory calls. After my BPO days I put up a small business but it didn't last that long because of the pandemic. That is when I entered being a Virtual Assistant. I was an Apartment Locator for 2 years. At first it was quite hard since I have no experience in Real Estate but eventually I was able to get a hang of it. As a locator you need to have an awesome customer service. You need to have a connection with the client so that he/she will remember you every time they'll be looking for an apartment unlike when I was working as a technical support you just need the clients cooperation, doing troubleshooting to fixed their concern. Currently I am unemployed and seeking for a fulltime and stable job so i can provide for my family. I can start ASAP. I will be awaiting your response.
