Projects Details ILJIN ELECTRONICS PVT LTD. 1) BLDC WHITE GOODS : Currently working on the design of the BLDC motor based home appliance pcb where BLDC is the future product as it consumes low power . My role in the project is pcb design , Design for manufacturability and as well as component selection for the entire project. 2) NPI /DEVELOPMENT : My job role also involves the Development of the Lg Microwave pcb models to localize it in house for production. SAKRI IT SOLUTIONS 1) Audio Board Design -I designed entire hardware on the already present Audio processor that also presents 20 GPIO for led driving and other peripherals. I have worked on around 10-15 variants of the same and provided it to end customers, implementing bass and treble amplification and other audio processing. 2) Bluetooth Low Energy Wearable project- worked on the ble wearable where we worked on the hardware of the BLE wearable device that will interface with Bluetooth 4.0 and more thus interfacing with an android app to provide personal security. ACCUSTER TECHNOLGIES PVT LTD 1. Zigbee based wireless transmitter design Project in which I was assigned to design the cutoff circuit for the wireless transmitter (zigbee platform) using a PNP transistor and bunch of general purpose diodes so that common connection of UART to the USB interface is left alone during USB plugging simulation tool that were used were oracd Pspice to analyze critical results 2. Digital Incubator Design Was assigned to start the project from scratch to final prototype I have to simulate the circuit based on 8bit microcontroller then assigning the peripherals like pwm controller output pins designing the CMOS to TTL convertor using bjt for Mosfet based dual H-bridge IC Analog Design was assisted using the pspice tools of Orcad capture. 3. Blood Analyzer Project 1 I was responsible for designing the entire hardware circuit based in ATMEL avr core 8 bit microcontroller keeping in mind the medical standards associated with the product it was a Blood analyzer that works on optics based on blood samples Also Presented the project in front of BIPP committee department of Biotechnology Government of INDIA as a Key Investigator. 4. Blood Analyzer Project 2 The project was an iteration of previous project but with parallel processing feature on it.I was responsible for selection and layup of entire electronic hardware on which a task of parallel processing was to be done for that I selected a NXP 32 bit ARM -7 processor completing entire design within 5days of project initializing. 5. GSM modem Design Worked on the GSM SOC that would interface with current product on rs232 protocol completing entire hardware for the same. 6. Power Supply Design project Design of power supply for a mobile device that runs on battery. The project was working on sepic convertor where it was supposed to regulate the power supply with low Iq. DYNAMIC HYDROFAB PVT LTD Worked as a freelancer for the 3 Dimension drafting of the honing machine.
