During the early years of her career, she was focused in the Hospitality Industry and harnessed the customer service skill through working in a hotel room, kitchen and even serving customers in a restaurant.

In 2016, Honey entered the corporate world and worked as a Customer Service Representative at Telstra, an Australian Telecommunication Company, handling customer complaints via chat and send business emails to customers regarding the status of their account discussing and suggesting possible resolutions to situations. She became one of the Subject Matter Experts relating to complaints where she manages to contain and resolve customer issues at first contact. At these times, she was able to hone her skills in General Administrative tasks creating a presentation for training updates, submitting an end of day report and identify opportunities and actions needed for improvement for the team. The use of MS Excel for reports has been her armor during those battles.

Before the corporate world, she was a Virtual Assistant for two years and just recently ventured back online to continued her Virtual Assistant endeavor. She learned to make use of Google Docs, QuickBooks for bookkeeping and Coconstruct for client and partner estimation including project monitoring. She also used social media for marketing insurance businesses, managing recruitment and is starting to understand affiliate marketing.

Now, she has become a VA that can replicate every business owner's remote tasks and has worked with a creative team where she was able to manage various social media platforms by making derivative contents, graphic design, copywriting and scheduling contents.

She is a motivated woman who is learning to speak little German and trying to learn other languages like Korean, Japanese, Spanish and hopefully French. She is a dreamer where at one point, she have dreamed to be a writer. But instead, she became a loving mother who wants to grow a career at home and spend more time with her family.

Nothing makes her feel better than providing quality service and output in all the tasks done.
