In the last six years, I have worked as a Sales/Customer Care Personnel gaining experience in product pitching, customer attraction and retention, relationship and conflict management. I have good communication skills which helps me deal with customers’ complaints/issues professionally and dispassionately.
I currently work as a technical sales executive at IDS Africa Limited, where I undertake marketing strategies to onboard new customers and build relationships with new and existing customers for the Company’s product. I work closely with my colleagues in the technical department to resolve clients complaints and issues. I am proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools and have experience using Sabre tools from my previous work environment.
