I have worked with a non-profit organization to improve their financing strategy, a group of engineers to create a product development/process plan, and on a team to research and develop a strategy for a YouTube startup business. I have also analysed multiple case studies and created efficient strategies to implement to overcome company flaws or enhance company goals, in terms of training and development, marketing, product development, personalized branding, and retail management.
