Hi, my name is Hydee N. Gutierrez and I am from the Philippines. I have read that you are looking for a Customer Service Representative/ Virtual Assistant and I believe that I am fit and qualified for the position. I am a responsible, hardworking and motivated when it comes to working. I always make sure to make my employer happy with the outcome of my work, I wanted them not to regret hiring me. I have 11 months of experience as a Virtual Assistant, that includes 2 months as an Amazon Product Expert Specialist (project base) where I do the product listing and uploading products on Amazon.com. The rest of the work was a Customer Service who works with Older Adults and I also experienced doing a daily post on Instagram, sending mass emails to our potential customers and answering social media inquiries. But before that, I already had 2 years and 6 months of working experience for Technical and Customer Service Support for voice, email and chat in one of the Call Center Office here in the Philippines.
As a Customer Service Representative, helping every customer and making them satisfied, is very rewarding to me. It means that I am making my job very well and I also maintain the loyalty of the customer with the company. It is a challenging job but when you love what you are doing, you will consider it as a help to people who need your assistance because they have seen you as an expert on that matter.
