I am enthusiastic, well-versed, and friendly to both my customers and to my colleagues. I am also willing to learn more about the things that I haven't learned yet and easy to grasp on such topics.

My greatest strength lies on my communication. Because of this, I have earned awards such as a best on the quality of calls(back-to-back for two months) award, a customer service survey award, and a top performer award.

I was able to sell products on my sales job as well, even when I was already out of the company - through purely my emails only.

Add to that, when my colleagues needed someone to act as a supervisor to take in complicated calls from their customers, I am always there to back them up then end the call with a satisfied customer and a resolved issue.

My only wish is to be with a company who would be able to utilize my skills and see me as an asset, for I would love to not just work but to also leave a mark(better yet a legacy) of excellence.

This might be home based, however I believe that greatness doesn't need a high class office, instead an open mind and a heart of gold.
