Ibukunoluwa Boluwatife Ajayi

Friends call me Tife, but my full name is Ibukunoluwa Boluwatife Ajayi. I am passionate about solving people's problems, with a demonstrated history of working in the NGOs media, technology, training and development advertising industry where I have developed strong organisational and strong communication skills. 

I am also a skilled and dependable client service, customer service representative with three years of intense experience.

I am a Political Science graduate from the University of Ilorin, and have been growing a career path in people related field since graduation. I have through my work experience over the years developed communications, problem solving, documentation, time management content creation, listening and people skills to ensure customer satisfaction to the end of achieving organisational goals.

I possess the ability to contact and respond to client's’ enquiries, receive product, manage accounts, resolving complaints as well as ensuring clients retention.

Using Agile method, as a Product Manager, I help manage in-house developers, providing them with all the information needed for the project and also helping out whenever my input is required. We solve problems and i ensure that services are delivered timely as expected to the clients.

I also very much enjoy volunteering among which I have done for the Lagos Food Bank, the Bookworm Café Lagos, as well as the Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria.
