Ilene May Bragais

Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. Hi my name is Ilene May Bragais. I am currently employed at Telus International Philippines as part of WFM Management Team with my role as Real Time Analyst. I've been with the company for almost 11 years. I started as an inbound customer representative and got promoted to case manager/ coach taking escalations answering emails via kana from customers and processing credits and returns. I was able to handle a couple of programs like Dell customer service, Dell financial support, TSYS debit card as part of operations team taking in escalations. Now I have decided to pursue my career online my dream of working remotely from home. I have already rendered my resignation effective June 30.

With my over 10 years’ experience from BPO industry, I have developed high levels of competency in customer service, inbound and outbound calls, handling irate customers, managing returns/ credits. With my current role as a Real Time Analyst ( 5 years’ experience), I have developed multi-tasking skill, Strong organizational skills, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Capability of problem-solving, Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. I am also very comfortable communicating and writing both professionally and casually in the English language. I have 2 weeks training for scheduling though not really part of our job as Real Time Analyst. I am also certified Six Sigma (Yellow Belt Training) – August 2014.
I would like to join a company that is looking for someone ready to work full time and that has a passion for every job/task they are assigned. I work well with one person, small teams and large teams. My supervisor and colleagues have told me they always appreciated that I was on time and my assignments were complete and done with quality. They also appreciated my willingness to offer help in any way.

When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with family, attending church and church activities, cooking for my family, reading stories/teaching ABC's, numbers and colors and playing with my 2-year-old son. My hope is to join a company that I can be with for a very long time and become a valued member of the team.
