I am 28 years old, Egyptian. I am a graduate from the faculty of engineering, Alexanderia University with a major in architecture and construction. I am a Resolution Manager in Vodafone UK Customer Service with over 3 years experience in the field. I worked in different aspects in customer service throughout these years from an international advisor, SME, quality analyst and SME for an automation project. I am native Arabic speaker, fluent in English language as my core job is to deal with UK customers or with our colleagues from the UK base. I worked in different departments all relevant to technical. Aside from my work in customer service, I am also a writer. Being a writer is a side hobby that I am also hope one day I can go professional with. I am willing to work full-time or part-time. I am okay with rotational working hours and working for 8 hours a day as well. I am willing to start working straight away.
