Chief Operating Officer – August 2016 – PRESENT
Developing and implementing a fan based loyalty program for one
of the biggest soccer teams in Bulgaria.
Opened in 2016 Coworking Bansko is a small, but very active
coworking space in Bansko, Bulgaria. I have been a part of the
starting team and my main activities are:
Role: I was instrumental in the early stages of overall business
development, working closely with the board of directors and CEO
to build key aspects of business implementation and develop;
Communication with suppliers and members (customers)
coming from all parts of the world on daily basis

the team’s social media strategy, - YouTube, Facebook, twitter,

marketing and promotional materials used to establish new
partnerships with large corporate entities and SMEs
customer service manuals on how to handle cases specific to
the partner’s program and loyalty card, as well as general
customer service inquiries, and training of customer service
personnel
fan club materials and incentive structure, allowing for fan clubs
to support the distribution of loyalty cards throughout the
community and act in synergy with overall goals
EXPO 4 KIDS
2011 – 2014
My first successful brand, Expo4Kids, was a bi-annual event visited
by an average of 5000 parents – showcasing innovative Bulgarian
companies with products and services catering to children. The
event was hosted in some of the leading Bulgarian malls, and
allowed for these companies to gain additional popularity and
market traction as well as experience what opening up a mall
location would be like. Key marketing activities included:

Attract sponsors, media partnerships, and exhibitors
Exhibition booth design, Exhibitor booklets and floor plans
Organization and operational activities
Follow through and supervision of the whole event
TALENT TEAM
2015 – 2016
A group of different talented people such as - photographers,
designers, market researcher and social media consultants, joined
together to create a company that would provide an essential help
to the businesses in Bansko.
Creating the branding of Coworking Bansko – concept, design
and print preparation of all of the promotional materials of the
company

THE GRAND ROYALE HOTEL- BANSKO
Sales and Marketing Director - 2013 – 2014
I work closely with the hotel owner, setting goals and developing
overall marketing strategy and plans to execute throughout the
season.
Added a new practice to the marketing department –
approaching event organizers in Bansko, such as the annual Jazz
Festival, Horizon Festival, generating repeat annual business
Created a new corporate strategy and targeted some of the
largest corporates in Bulgaria to generate additional business
Designed and implemented a new company website on an
extremely tight budget
Rebranded the Spa Center and all relevant booklets and
materials to an elegant, fresh look and feel
Created and maintain the company Facebook page
Built up a relationship with all major tour operators, and
added major travel wholesalers to generate additional sales
Revamped all contracts, presentations, and official documents
Responsible for overall customer satisfaction and complaints

interact on a daily basis are from all over the world.

It is not an easy job working with people constantly. I have had
many cases where there was a need for a problem to be solved in a
calm and balanced way, with a clear mind and assertion. It took
some time for me to learn how to handle customer complaints and
critical situations, especially during events, but I can now say it was
a very useful experience.

OTHER SKILLS AND HOBBIES
Graphic design – I love good design and I have experience in
creating logos and promotional materials for a lot of companies.
Art – I graduated Art School and one of my true passions is painting.
Writing – I love writing, but my main regret is that I am better in
expressing my thoughts in my native language. I have a few articles
published in Bulgarian magazines and a small blog.
