I've been a  Sales and Technical Representative at TRANSCOM WORLDWIDE handling SEARS CANADA/ COMCAST BILLING accounts for 2 years. I also worked as a Bookings and Reservations Representative in TELEPERFORMANCE PHILIPPINES handling PRICELINE for over a year an lastly I've been a Customer Service Representative in CONVERGYS handling TIME WARNER CABLE BILLING.

i have proficient computer skills,including Microsoft Office Suite(Word, PowerPoint and Excel), knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone or text, I can do multi-tasking well with fast-paced directions and instructions, I am self-directed and able to work without supervision, I have excellent verbal and written communication skills and especially has strong customer service and presentation skills.
