I am an enthusiast, reliable and efficient. I've been in the business/customer management for more than 6 years now. We catered customer service & sales but on top of that our goal is to provide quality service. I am trained for different types of leadership training/summit/seminars to help me manage, coach and develop our people. Supervising/managing a team is one of my expertise. Aside from that I am exposed to client meetings, presenting performances and actions to take in place to make our site more successful.
I work hand in hand with our recruitment and HR team. I do final phase of interview for new applicants and reviews the contracts provided. I worked hand in hand with different departments to ensure we exceed client's service level requirements.
I also have experience as a remote office manager handling website account, social media accounts and amazon seller's account. I manage stocks & orders, answer inquiries through chat & email, sales reports, advertising and office tasks.
