as well as initiating and implementing planograms improvement by store using Category Management

Performed analysis of merchandisers routes by region, store and time. Developed time standards for different
store formats and applied them to recommended routes by region and town while incorporating feedback
from regional Sales Managers. Further optimized routes by recommending part-time merchandising in some
cities.
Result: cost-savings due to the flexible structure and optimal routes.
ITT
June 2006 to December 2009

Managed the ITT* Project for a region of 9 countries while leading to Go-Live in 7 of them.
Managed the budget for the project, coordinated activities of the Project Leaders within Distributors, initiated
incentives for them, monitored their progress, etc.
Initiated definition of business requirements and communicated them to the sales managers within
distributors, thus managed and coordinated the whole process, both from business and technical side.
Involvement and support in testing and data verification.
As a result, lead the Project to Go-Live Phase and successfully delivered end-user training in Belgrade and in
Skopje.
